I have never known a realtor that would sit on the side of the road for 3.5 hrs waiting for a tow truck to get our truck when it broke down and drive us to Wenatchee...YES WENATCHEE! She had issues with the appraiser she handled very professionally and kept me informed all the way thru. Amanda made sure the small things got taken care of in the house to finish meeting FHA requirements. If I were to do this again, Amanda would be the only one I'd go thru!! About Amanda Frank
Hello, I am Amanda Frank. I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley and proudly choose to call this area my home. I have over 20 years in sales, direct customer service and support.
In my free time, I spend it with my family and friends. A big part of my life is the outdoors, I love to wake surf and take my Jeep up in the hills. I have a small farm with chickens & goats.
With this new change and direction in my life, I have been warmly welcomed with open arms into the Berkshire Family in 2018; and I am looking forward to the challenge! I am interested in your wants and needs and will remain focused until we find your perfect solution, whether it be the purchase of your first home, the selling of your current home or transitioning.
