I have never known a realtor that would sit on the side of the road for 3.5 hrs waiting for a tow truck to get our truck when it broke down and drive us to Wenatchee...YES WENATCHEE! She had issues with the appraiser she handled very professionally and kept me informed all the way thru. Amanda made sure the small things got taken care of in the house to finish meeting FHA requirements. If I were to do this again, Amanda would be the only one I'd go thru!! When I expressed disappointment with the photos that had been taken by the photographer, Amanda hopped in her car, drove to the property, and personally took more photos (which were beautiful). She identified a buyer within a week of accepting the listing and walked us through every step of the Escow process. When the Escrow company repeatedly dropped the ball, Amanda was the one who picked it up and kept it rolling. I truly couldn't be more pleased.
